O.K., that made me curious and I looked it up via virustotal.

4 out of 97. Any number bigger that 1 or 2 makes me alert.
On the other hand the result may still be inconclusive. 
That said the respective homepage https://stevestudios.net/ yields the same result.
So it seems itĀ“s not the ISO file per se that might be doubtful but stevestudios in general.
Well, I only downloaded those first 11 MB of the file to see if the download works and then immediately discarded it.
No harm done.
