Here’s my current Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon setup. Will share the themes, icons etc. later. The dock on the left is Plank.

Thanks. Here’s a shot with the terminal showing the themes and icons, etc. For the top panel, I just moved the applets where I wanted them. (right-click, edit panel mode).
