Greetings to all, Ubuntu 20.04.01 Attempting to run Linux-adapted Gog games has variable degrees of success. I have a “Manual” file from a failed game in the Applications folder that has no icon and cannot be viewed or deleted; see the accompanying image.
It irritates my need for organisation, so I want it gone.
Is there a suggestion for how to get rid of it?

Just install bleachbit and run it in admin and regular mode, it should remove it. U can also just target the file/folder for removal.
